After the material falls into the screen box from the feeding end, it quickly moves, loosens and sifts through the screens to complete the screening operation. This machine is composed of a sieve box, vibration motors, a vibration damping system and a base plate. The sieve box is composed of a sieve frame, a sieve plate and a lining plate. This sieve machine adopts high-performance high-life vibration motors. By adjusting the vibration force of the vibration motors, the vibration amplitude of the sieve machine and can be changed. The vibration damping system consists of a rubber spring, a clamp, a support base and the like. The base plate consists of a silo and a bottom plate.</p> <p><b>Use Maintenance:</b><br>1.Before use, check all parts and accessories to ensure that the installation is correct before power on.<br>2.The vibrating parts of the machine shall not be connected with or make contact with any object outside the machine while the machine is in operation.<br>3.When the material is fed, it should be fed in the direction of the whole width of the screen at the feed inlet to ensure even distribution of the material on the screen surface.<br>4.When the material falls, there should be no big impact, so as to avoid the damage to the screen.<br>5.No remaining material shall be found on the screen surface before starting or stopping the machine.<br>6.If there is abnormal sound during the operation of the equipment, it should be immediately shut down to check, and then troubleshooting can be conducted.<br>7.Removable stainless steel baffle can be removed and used directly.</p> <p>The linear vibrating screen is widely used in the industries of chemical, plastics, metallurgy, glass, building materials, fertilizer, ceramics and so on.
