Greenwood Lake is Orange County, New York’s largest body of fresh water, 50 miles northwest of New York City. Greenwood Lake is nine miles long, fed by springs and brooks, with half in New York and half in New Jersey.
Access to this park area includes a sandy beach area on Greenwood Lake, daily (resident) and season passes available.
